This feels like a perfect honeymoon spot! We booked 1 night. Our room boasted a spa tub for 2. We were so pleasantly surprised that it was truly spacious enough for my 6'4 husband and my 5'9 self! Fits 2 usually doesn't fit us 2. The was also a fireplace and a great view. The bed was super comfy. The place was so great we decided we'd book a second night, but someone else already booked the room. The staff got us into another room, that is possibly even sexier! Now we're beach front, with a fireplace at the foot of the bed! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Waves is truly a perfect spot to lay down and rest, while having the luxury benefit of the beautiful coastal paradise that is steps away. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and also stocked with all I needed for a one night stay. And the quality of the rooms amenities was excellent. This hotel, with the location and proximity to the downtown area, is a gem and this little town is lucky to have it. Thanks to the management and staff for a relaxing night.

Great room, exactly as pictured on the website (sorry I didn't take pics to post on Yelp!). Newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable. We were in #106 "Garden Court", but there was no garden to be found. We overlooked the parking lot. It didn't matter, we were out most of the days. Great location to walk around town. Decent walk to Haystack Rock, but easy and nice. Front desk staff was great, even making sure we had a wine bottle opener in our room when we checked in! We'd definitely stay again, maybe try for an ocean view room next time.

It was a wonderful stay here. The room was amazing, along with the views. Saw elk on the beach, had a bonfire our last Night. The sound of the ocean , cool breeze and fireplace in the room were a dream come true. Was able to see the Full Sturgeon moon and get photos of it from our balcony! Really what a wonderful stay here, will be back in the near future!!

This is such a great location to stay at. The rooms definitely need some updating and renovations. When we forgot something from home they were very quick to accommodate. It's so peaceful and quiet and I can't say enough about the view.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Some of them have balconies with great ocean views. The staff are great and attentive. Prices are fine and the hotel is located on the beach and close to restaurants and bars !

Don't be fooled by the 2-star, The Waves is better than most 3-star and even some 4-star hotels. The room is super clean, sheets and towels are great quality, the water pressure of the shower is the best, and the the location is superb.

Room 300, needs updates. Bathroom door will not close, unless you slammed it, carpet is dirty, fridge sounds like a train, balcony door is not locking. If you have smaller kids be careful hot water is so hot you can burn your hands. Windows without screens, even balcony . Room is above staffs laundry room, so good luck if you want to sleep in. Overall wasn't good experience. Family did enjoyed the beach and the ocean.
